Abstract
Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť a zostrojiť prenosnú pražiareň kávy so senzorickým systémom. Najskôr práca popisuje typy pražiarní a popis čo sa deje s kávovým zrnom počas praženia. Ďalšia časť je zameraná na samotný návrh, a zostrojenie. Sú tu vydieť návrhy a tiež sú tu popísané jednotlivé komponenty a ich zapojenie k vývojovej doske. Súčasťou je aj software, ktorý ovláda praženie a dokáže previesť celé praženie, od začiatku, až do konca.
The aim of this work is to design and build a portable coffee roaster with a sensory system. First, the work describes the types of roasters and a description of what happens to the coffee beans during roasting. The next part is focused on the actual design and construction. Designs are given here, and individual components and their connection to the development board are also described here. It also includes software that controls roasting and can perform the entire roasting process, from start, to finish.
