Finanční posouzení výkonnosti stavebního podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je posouzení finančního zdraví a finanční výkonnosti stavebního podniku. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů výkonnost a finanční zdraví podniku, účetní výkazy a na představení metod finanční analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod finanční analýzy na konkrétní stavební podnik. Na základě výsledků analýzy je zhodnocena celková finanční situace podniku a sestaven model pro průběžné posuzování výkonnosti a finančního zdraví.The subject of this thesis is evaluation of financial health and financial performance of construction company. Theoretical part of this thesis defines the concept of financial performance, financial health of the company, accounting sheets and explains methods of financial analysis. Practical part focuses on application of chosen methods of financial analysis to specific construction company. Based on the results of analysis the evaluation of financial situation is conducted and model for continuous evaluation of financial performance and financial health is created.
