Hodnocení finanční situace podniku a návrhy na její zlepšení

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení současné finanční a ekonomické situace společnosti. Pro hodnocení současné finanční situace byla použita finanční analýza, analýza vnitřního a vnějšího okolí společnosti. Diplomová práce přináší návrhy, díky kterým bude možné zlepšit současnou finanční a ekonomickou situaci společnosti. Po zhodnocení současné finanční situace byla navrhnuta doporučení. Jedna z možností, jak zlepšit pozici společnosti je provedení fúze společnosti. Pro zvýšení efektivity a snížení náročnosti na pracovní kapitál, bylo doporučeno zúžení sortimentu nabízených dřevin a zavedení nové technologie na lepení dřevěných lamel do nášlapné vrstvy. Tato operace je pro společnost nejdůležitější s ohledem na kvalitu a produktivitu celého výrobního procesu.The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current financial and economic situation of the company.
