Realizace systému pro údržbu ve výrobně informačním systému COMES

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá teóriou systémov údržby. V úvodnej časti je stručný náčrt do automatizácie s popisom systémov automatizačnej pyramídy výrobného podniku s dôrazom na systém MES. Následne je popísaný MES systém spoločnosti COMPAS nazývaný COMES. V ďalšej časti je písané o údržbe s prechodom k informačným technológiám v údržbe a bežne používaných systémoch údržby v priemysle. Posledná časť bakalárskej práce sa venuje vlastnému systému údržby vytvorenému ako rozšírenie modulu COMES Modeller.This bachelor’s thesis deals with maintenance systems. In the beginning part of the thesis there is a briefly introduction to automation with a description of systems which are part of automation pyramid. The emphasis is on MES systems from which MES system COMES, developed by COMPAS company is described. The next section is an intruduction to maintenance with a description of information technologies in maintenance and commonly used systems of maintenance, installed in industrial companies. The very last section deals with own system of maintenance which was created as an extension in module COMES Modeller.
