Úprava převodovky motocyklu Jawa

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá možností návrhu nové pětistupňové převodovky pro historický motocykl Jawa 250 typ 11 „Pérák“. Dochází k seznámení s užívanými druhy motocyklových převodovek. Následuje popis způsobů jejich ovládaní a srovnání kladů a záporů jednotlivých konstrukcí. Dále je stručně zmíněna historie motocyklu Jawa 250 typ 11 „Pérák“. Po ní následuje rozbor použitého převodového ústrojí motocyklu a limitujících jízdních faktorů. Následuje popis postupu volby koncepce nové převodovky, výpočet parametrů převodů a pevnostní kontrola převodového ústrojí. Na závěr jsou veškeré získané parametry přeměněny nejprve ve virtuální 3D model a následně i na fyzický demonstrační model za pomoci technologie 3D tisku.This thesis deals with the possibility of designing a new five-speed gearbox for the historic motorcycle Jawa 250 type 11 „Perak“. It introduces the types of motorcycle gearboxes in use. This is followed by a description of their control methods and a comparison of the pros and cons of each design. Furthermore, the history of the Jawa 250 type 11 „Perak“ motorcycle is briefly mentioned. This is followed by an analysis of the gearing used on the motorcycle and the limiting driving factors. This is followed by a description of the procedure for selecting a new gearbox concept, calculation of gear parameters and strength check of the gearing. Finally, all the obtained parameters are transformed first into a virtual 3D model and then into a physical demonstration model using 3D printing technology.
