This article explores the role of the circular economy in achieving sustainability in the construction industry, with a focus on cost reduction. Sustainable building practices are vital for addressing environmental concerns, and the circular economy offers transformative solutions. By emphasizing reuse, recycling, and responsible resource management, the circular economy reshapes traditional construction approaches. The paper examines how adopting circular economy principles can significantly reduce costs throughout a building's life cycle.
