Zdroje rizik spojené s tunely na pozemních komunikacích

Abstract

Kritickými prvky dopravní infrastruktury v oblasti pozemních komunikací jsou také tunely. Jejich selhání znamená ztráty, škody a újmy nejen na samotné infrastruktuře, ale i na veřejných aktivech. Proto legislativa všech vyspělých zemí ukládá požadavky na bezpečnost při výstavbě nových tunelů, při úpravě stávajících tunelů a při provozu v tunelech. Aby mohla být zajištěna bezpečnost tunelů, je třeba znát zdroje rizik, které je třeba řídit. Pro stanovení vhodných opatření byla sestavena databáze zdrojů selhání dopravních tunelů, jejíž vyhodnocení je uvedeno v článku.Tunnels are critical elements of surface route infrastructure. Their failure means loss, damage and harms not only to the infrastructure itself, but also to public assets. Therefore, the legislation of all developed countries imposes safety requirements for the construction of new tunnels, in the modification of existing tunnels and during their operation. In order to ensure the tunnels´ safety, it is necessary to know the sources of risk that need to be managed. A database of the sources of failure of transport tunnels has been set up to determine the appropriate measures, the evaluation of which is set out in the article.
