Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána problematika projektového řízení včetně historického exkurzu. Dále se práce věnuje samotnému řízení rizik ve stavebním odvětví. Tato část práce je podkladem pro praktickou část. V praktické části autor na příkladu konkrétní stavební firmy ukazuje práci s riziky a navrhuje doporučení na zlepšení.The topic of this bachelor thesis is the management of risks in the construction company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the issue of project management including historical excursion. The thesis is then focused on the risk management itself in the construction industry. This part is the basis for the practical part. In the actual practical part author presents how to work with risks on the example of the specific construction company and proposes recommendations for the improvement.
