Polyfunkční dům Eastgate, Brno - stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je stavebně-technologické řešení výstavby hrubé stavby Polyfunkčního souboru EASTGATE Brno. Tento polyfunkční soubor je členěn na objekty Z a Y. Diplomová práce řeší výstavbu hrubé spodní a hrubé vrchní stavby objektu Z a hrubé spodní stavby objektu Y. Detailněji se zabývá nejoptimálnějším návrhem pracovních postupů, strojní sestavy, položkového rozpočtu, časového plánu, kontrolních a zkušebních plánů, zařízení staveniště, posouzením zvedacího mechanismu a v neposlední řadě bližšími dopravními vztahy. Práce je zpracována na základě technických podkladů předaných projektantem.The aim of this diploma thesis is the building-technological solutions of gross structure Multifunctional file EASTGATE Brno. This multi-functional file is divided into objects Z and Y. This thesis solves the construction of gross substructure and gross superstructure object Z and gross substructure object Y. It deals with the most optimal propsal of technological procedures, working machines, itemized budget, time schedule, check and test plans, equipment of construction site, assessment of lifting mechanism and last but not least closer transport relations. The thesis is prepared on the basis of technical documents submitted by the designer.
