Rodinný dům v Letovicích

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na návrh novostavby rodinného domu, který se nachází v katastrálním území města Letovice. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený dům, který je navržený pro pětičlennou rodinu. Dům je samostatně stojící. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyzděny z vápenopískových tvárnic SENDWIX, zateplené kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z polystyrenových desek. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou se sklonem 40° se sedlovým vikýřem z jižní strany a prodlouženou částí nad garáží o sklonu 18°.This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Letovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of five. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with sand-lime block SENDWIX, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 40° a gable dormer window on the south side and with an elongated part of the roof above the garage with a slope of 18°.
