Abstract

Diplomová práce se v rámci široce formulovaného tématu manažerského účetnictví zaměřuje na využití controllingu pro potřeby managementu stavební firmy. Teoretická část se snaží přiblížit a osvětlit základní pojmy nezbytné pro pochopení dané problematiky. Empirická část diplomové práce v návaznosti na část teoretickou předkládá stavební zakázku z pohledu controllingu a přibližuje možné změny pro zvýšení efektivity budoucích stavebních zakázek firmy.My thesis focuses on the use of controlling management in a building company in terms of accounting management. The theoretical part deals with basic terms that are essential for understanding of this field. The practical part of my thesis, proceeding from the theoretical part, provides a real construction order from a point of the controlling management´s view and introduces possible changes for efficient increase of future construction orders at a particular company.
