Abstract

Řešená lokalita se nachází v Brně na pomezí centra a průmyslové zóny, v blízkosti řeky Svitavy. Území dnes není plnohodnotně využíváno a téměř polovinu jeho plochy tvoří skladovací objekty a zbytková zeleň. Přístup k řece navíc není umožněn. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo tvoření urbanistické koncepce, která dá vzniknout novému brněnskému nábřeží a využije potenciál řešeného území. Součástí práce je také návrh řadového bytového domu u řeky Svitavy.The solved site is located in Brno on the border of the center and the industrial zone, near the river Svitava. The area is not fully used today and almost half of its area consists of storage facilities and residual greenery. The river is accessible today. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create an urbanistic concept that will create a new Brno waterfront and exploit the potential of the solved territory. Part of the work is also the design of apartment building near the Svitava River.
