Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem administrativní budovy banky s podzemním parkováním a dvěma byty. Objekt je situován v Novém Jičíně. Objekt má tři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Suterén slouží jako parkoviště a sklady. První a druhé nadzemní podlaží slouží administrativě banky. Třetí nadzemní podlaží patří dvěma bytům. Zastřešeno pultovou střechou, plochou střechou terasy a zelenou plochou střechou. Součástí diplomové práce je specializace beton a vzduchotechnika.This diploma thesis describes the design of an office building with underground parking banks and two apartments. The building is located in Novy Jicin. The building has three floors and one underground floor. The basement serves as a parking and storage areas. The first and second floor serves the administration of the bank. The third above ground floor includes two flats. Roofed by mono-pitched roof, flat roof terraces and green flat roof. The thesis is a specialization of concrete and ventilation.
