Tvorba logistické koncepce ve výrobní firmě

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje firmu TT Servis Brno, s. r. o. a navrhuje možnost nahradit stávající způsob řešení výrobní části zakázek pořízením vlastní výrobní haly. Práce obsahuje popis současného stavu řešení výrobní části zakázek s rozpracováním konkrétní zakázky a následně návrh na pořízení výrobní a montážní haly včetně finančního řešení celého projektu.This thesis analyses the company TT Servis Brno Ltd. and suggests the possibility of replacing the current way of dealing with manufacturing part of commissions with acquisition of their own factory building. The thesis includes description of the present state of dealing with the manufacturing part of commissions with elaboration of factual commission and subsequently includes the project of acquisition of factory building and assembly room with financial analysis of the whole project.
