Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby Domova důstojného stáří v Brně. Řešené území se nachází na Náměstí Míru v Brně, v městské části Brno – střed. Navržená stavba je situována na hranici pozemku tak, aby dotvářela pohledovou stranu náměstí a přilehlých ulic. Dané prostředí definuje půdorysný a výškový tvar objektu. Objekt je navržen tak, aby co nejlépe navazoval na okolní prostor a zástavbu. Půdorysně je rozdělen na více částí. Samostatným objektem je multifunkční sál. Dále jsou 2 vícepodlažní bytové domy a spojující objekt stravování. Tímto vytváří pomyslný blok a vytváří poloveřejné vnitřní nádvoří. Hlavní bytový dům je na severní části pozemku a přímo sousedí s Náměstím míru. Druhý bytový dům je na jižní části pozemku a je propojen s jednopodlažním objektem stravování na západní straně. Na východní straně se pak nachází vjezd do podzemních garáží a multifunkční sál. Stavba i její nejbližší okolí jsou řešeny bezbariérově. Provozně se jedná o kombinaci několika oddělených provozů. V severní části objektu se nachází kromě vstupů do bytů také kancelář pro administrativu, která bude otevřena v úředních hodinách pro vyřízení úředních záležitostí Domova důstojného stáří. Dále ordinace lékaře s čekárnou. Lékař bude do Domova docházet v domluvených termínech a senioři budou mít zajištěnou zdravotní péči přímo v objektu. V severovýchodní části se nachází dílny, které budou využívány seniory, kteří budou mít zájem o různé výtvarné či jiné tvorby. Zbytek severní budovy tvoří vícepodlažní bytový komplex. Západní část tvoří stravovací zařízení s příslušným zázemím. Sloužit bude výhradně pro obyvatele komplexu. Jižní část tvoří vícepodlažní bytový komplex. Východní část tvoří multifunkční sál. Celkový provoz navrženého domova zajistí uživatelům klidné a příjemné prostředí pro život s možností se rozvíjet a navazovat nové sociální vazby.The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new building of the Home for Elderly in Brno. The area is located on Náměstí Míru in Brno, in the city district of Brno - střed. The proposed building is situated on the boundary of the plot so that it completes the view side of the square and adjacent streets. The given environment defines the ground plan and height of the building. The building is designed to relate to the surrounding space and buildings in the best possible way. The plan is divided into several parts. The multifunctional hall is a separate building. There are also 2 multistorey apartment buildings and a connecting catering building. This forms an imaginary block and creates a semi-public inner courtyard. The main apartment block is on the northern part of the site and directly adjacent to Náměstí míru. The second apartment house is on the southern part of the site and is connected to the single storey catering building on the western side. There is then an entrance to the underground garage and a multi-purpose hall on the east side. The building and its immediate surroundings are designed to be barrier-free accessible. Operationally, it is a combination of several separate operations. In addition to the entrances to the flats, there is also an administration office in the northern part of the building, which will be open during office hours to deal with the official business of the Home for the elderly. There is also a doctor's office with a waiting room. The doctor will come to the Home at agreed times and the seniors will have medical care on the premises. There are workshops in the northeast section that will be used by seniors interested in various art or other creations. The remainder of the north building is a multi-story apartment complex. The western part consists of a catering facility with associated facilities. It will serve exclusively the residents of the complex. The southern part consists of a multi-storey apartment complex. The eastern part consists of a multifunctional hall. The overall operation of the proposed home will provide a peaceful and pleasant living environment for the users with the opportunity to develop and establish new social ties.
