Příprava stavební zakázky

Abstract

Práce se zabývá přípravou stavební zakázky. V teoretické části je specifikována výrobní příprava stavební zakázky. Dále je představena stavební firma, působící na stavebním trhu, s polem působnosti převážně v Jihomoravském kraji. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétní stavební zakázkou, kde je vysvětlen postup a popsány činnosti spojené s přípravou stavební zakázky. Cílem této části je navrhnout řešení pro optimalizaci přípravy stavební zakázky.The thesis focuses on preparation of the building order. In the theoretical part, there is described the creation of the preparation of the building. In addition to that, there is introduced acting of the construction company on the construction market with the scope of the South Moravian region. The practical part deals with the concrete construction contract, where procedure and activities of the preparation of the building order are described. The aim of this part is the suggestion of optimized solution of the preparation of the building order.
