Abstract
Predmetom zadania je návrh obytného súboru na ul. Pastviny v Brně-Komíně. Zvolené riešenie predstavuje syntézu súčasných požiadaviek na hustotu osídlenia, hygienické, ekonomické a estetické kvality stavieb pre bývanie. Jeho podstatou je šachovnicové usporiadanie jednoduchých obytných foriem, poskytujúcich veľkú diverzitu v dispozičných riešeniach a tým aj diverzitu cieľových skupín obyvateľov.
The subject of the assignment is the design of the residential complex on ul. Pastviny in Brno-Komín. The chosen solution is a synthesis of the current requirements for population density, hygienic, economic and aesthetic quality of residential buildings. Its essence is simple checkerboard arrangement of residential forms, providing a great diversity in the plan layout and thus the diversity of the target population groups.
