Bydlení na starém Brně - architektonicko urbanistická studie

Abstract

Tématem práce je bydlení na Starém Brně. Netypická trojúhelníková parcela lemovaná rušnou ulicí Pekařskou a klidnou Anenskou vymezuje prostor svažující se ve dvou rovinách. V ose západ-východ stoupá podél ulice Pekařské a zároveň v ose sever-východ klesá směrem do Anenské ulice. Okolní zástavba je různorodá. Zatímco Pekařská ulice je lemována až 6-ti podlažními domy, Anenská ulice má 3 podlažní řadovou zástavbu. Lukrativní parcela v historickém prostředí a bezprostřední návaznost na centrum byly neméně důležitými aspekty, které návrh ovlivňovaly.The topic of the thesis is living in the old Brno. Unusual triangular plot is limited by a busy street and quiet area of St. Ann street. The area is also sloped in two planes. In the West-East rises along the street while in the north-east axis decreases towards the Ann Street. The surrounding area is diverse. While Street is lined to 6-storey buildings, St. Ann Street has 3 storey terraced houses. Lucrative plot in the historic environment and direct link to the center were equally important aspects that influenced the proposal.
