Štěpkovač dřeva - efektivita

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh štěpkovače na klestí. V teoretické části se věnuji mechanickým vlastnostem zpracovávaného materiálu. Dále uvádím jednotlivé druhy štěpkovačů a drtičů. V praktické části jsou základní parametry stroje vyvozeny z rešerše. Tyto hodnoty vstupují do výpočtů potřebných pro sestrojení součástí, ze kterých se štěpkovač skládá. Součástí práce jsou výrobní výkresy a 3D model v programu Inventor 2019 od společnosti Autodesk.The objective of this bachelor thesis is to design the wood chipper. In the theoretical part I am dealing with the mechanical properties of the processed material. Furthermore, I am mentioning individual types of chippers and crushers. In the practical part, the basic parameters of the machine are deduced from the research. These values are entering into the calculations needed to construct the components that the chipper is assembled with. The thesis includes production drawings and a 3D model made in Autodesk Inventor 2019.
