Abstract

This contribution deals with a study on the optical properties of titania thin films prepared by direct inkjet patterning of the reverse micelles sol-gel composition onto glass supports. The layers properties have been investigated by optical microscopy, SEM and spectroscopic ellipsometry in the range of UV-VIS. The influence of calcinations temperature on the optical constants is discussed.
