Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je projekt samostatně stojícího penzionu. Objekt je osazen v mírně svažitém terénu v katastrálním území Hlinsko v Čechách. Kapacita penzionu je 46 lůžek. Penzion je třípatrový a je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm, stropy budou provedeny jako železobetonové monolitické spojené ztužujícím věncem. Zastřešení bude provedeno sedlovou střechou. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je umístěn hlavní vstup, recepce a restaurace se zázemím. V druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou pokoje pro ubytování hostů.The subject of this diploma thesis is a project of guesthouse. The building is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastral territory Hlinsko v Čechách. Guest house capacity is 46 beds. Guesthouse has three floors and is designed from the structural system Porotherm. The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete joined with stiffening reinforced concrete wreath. The roofs of the house are built as saddle roof. In the first floor there is located main entrance, reception desk and restaurant with facilities. In the second and third floor there are rooms for guests
