Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nízkoenergetických a pasivních domů. Popisuje zásady a požadavky potřebné k jejich výstavbě. Zabývá se výhodami domů s nízkou potřebou tepla na vytápění. Na základě výpočtů byla stanovená doba návratnosti investice v referenčním objektu.
This thesis deals with the issue of low-energy and passive houses. It describes the principals and requirements for their construction. It deals with the advantages of houses with low heating demand. The payback period of reference object was set from the calculations.
