dc.description.abstractMěsto roste extenzivně - vytváří si kolem sebe prstence. V důsledku dochází k tvorbě sídelní kaše v měřítkách celých měst. Nastává paradox hustoty - zatímco město roste, jeho hustota obyvatel klesá. Díky chronickému nedostatku intenzity (která navozuje pocit „normálního") dochází při sebemenším náznaku k halucinacím. Normálnost se stává silnou drogou. Typický plán musí reflektovat veškeré potřeby Homo Civitatis. Musí se transformovat z open space kanceláří do svého původního záměru. V pravidelném intervalu je duplikace typického plánu přerušena a nahrazena veřejným prostorem.cs

There is a density paradox - while the city is growing, its population density is decreasing. Due to a chronic lack of intensity (which evokes a feeling of "normal") occurs at the slightest hint hallucinations. Normality becomes a powerful drug. A typical plan must reflect all the needs of Homo Civitatis. They must transform from open space offices to its original intent.
