Hodnocení investičního záměru

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení investičního záměru konkrétní společnosti a vyslovení doporučení pro či proti jeho realizaci. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům finanční analýzy, hodnocení investic a představení společnosti. V druhé části jsou tyto poznatky využity pro rozbor finanční situace podniku a následné zhodnocení investičního záměru. V závěrečné části bude vysloveno závěrečné hodnocení celého investičního záměru.The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the investment project of the specific company and to make a recommendation for or against its realization. The first part consists of the theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis, evaluation of the investment projects and the introduction of the company. These fundamentals are used in the second part to assess the financial situation of the company and to evaluate the investment project. The final evaluation of the whole investment project will be presented in the final part of this diploma thesis.
