Mateřská školka

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhotovení projektové dokumentace stavební části k provedení novostavby mateřské školky v rozsahu podle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb. Projektovaná stavba je samostatně stojící dvoupodlažní objekt na parcelách č. 534/3, 534/4, 536, 540/13 v katastrálním území Brno-Ivanovice. Je navržena jako částečně zapuštěná do terénu s bezbarérovým přístupem do obou podlaží. Konstrukční systém budovy je tvořen kombinací ŽB stěnových konstrukcí se sloupy a vnitřními zděnými stěnami. Střechy jsou navrženy jako jednoplášťové ploché zelené střechy. Navržená mateřská školka obsahuje tři třídy pro celkový počet 75 dětí.The purpose of this diploma thesis is to prepare the project documentation of the construction part for the building of the kindergarten according to the legal decree number 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation. Projected building is a detached two-storey building located on the plots number 534/3,534/4, 536, 540/13 in the cadastre unit of Brno-Ivanovice. It is designed as building with storey partly below ground level and has wheechair access to both floor. The structural system of the building is combination of RC wall structures and columns and clay internal masonry. The roofs are designed as intensive green roofs. Designed kindergarten includes three classes for total of 75 children.
