Abstract

Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Strategická analýza podniku a návrhy na zlepšení podnikové stretegie" se zabývá teorií a praxí strategického řízení podniku. V teoretické části práce je popsán obecný postup provádění strategické analýzy podniku a z něho vycházející tvorba strategického plánu. V praktické části je pak analyzován konkrétní podnik, přičemž je provedena komplexní strategická analýza jeho vnitřního a vnějšího okolí. Na základě získaných poznatků je provedena SWOT analýza, která je základem pro výběr vhodné strategie a srovnání se stávajícím stretegickým plánem podniku.This thesis with title "Strategic Analysis of Company and Improvement Suggestions" deals with the theory and practice of strategic management. The theoretical part describes a general methodology of the strategic analysis of an enterprise from which the optimal strategic plan is generated. In the practical part a real company is analyzed, according to the methodology mentioned in the theoretical part. Complex analysis of its internal and external environment are carried out. Based on the acquired information the SWOT analysis is made, which serves as groundwork for developing appropriate strategy and comparison with the current strategic plan.
