Snížení ceny rodinného domu v důsledku porušení obvodového zdiva

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce má za úkol, přiblížit nám problematiku ocenění rodinného domu zatíženého vadou obvodového zdiva. První kapitola je zaměřena na teoretické informace v problematice oceňování nemovitostí. Druhá kapitola pojednává o možných vadách a poruchách nemovitostí. Třetí kapitola má přiblížit problematiku majetkové újmy. Ve čtvrté kapitole je uveden realitní průzkum a poslední, pátá, kapitola je zaměřena na případovou studii ocenění rodinného domu s poruchou obvodového zdiva a návrh možných způsobů zjištění snížení hodnoty nemovitosti v důsledku této vady.This thesis has the task to bring us to the issue of the valuation of the house loaded defect perimeter walls. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical information in the issue of property valuation. The second chapter deals with possible defects and faults of real estate. The third chapter is to approach the issue of property damage. The fourth chapter provides a survey of real estate and the last, fifth, chapter focuses on a case study of the valuation of the house with impaired peripheral walls and the suggestion of possible ways how to reduce the value of the property as a result of the defect.
