Husovice jako místo pro život: bezpečná a udržitelná městská čtvrť

Abstract

Řešené území se nachází v Brně v Husovicích u řeky Svitavy a parku. Přímo naproti, na druhém břehu řeky, se rozkládá rozvojový komplex Nová Zbrojovka. Celý návrh vychází z teorie Dietmara Eberleho, která staví na propojení tří klíčových vrstev architektury — hmoty, struktury a fasády, s cílem vytvořit funkční, kontextuální a dlouhodobě udržitelné řešení. Čtyři navržené domy vytvářejí otevřenou kompozici, do které se vlévá okolní veřejný pás zeleně. Sestupnost budov k řece umožňuje průhledy a propojení s parkem. Urbanistické řešení respektuje okolní zástavbu a zároveň umožňuje propojení cyklostezky, pěších tras a veřejných prostor. Vznikají tak místa pro komunitní setkávání, zahradničení, venkovní cvičení i pohybové divadlo. Parter objektů je aktivován komunitními službami, jako jsou kavárna, yoga centrum, galerie, veřejná prádelna, dílny a pronajímatelné prostory. Tím vzniká živé prostředí pro různé generace a životní styly. Dispozice bytů jsou variabilní a disponují lodžiemi, balkony a střešními terasami. Fasády budov reflektují jejich orientaci a vztah k okolí. Směrem do parku jsou fasády otevřenější, směrem do města kompaktnější a akusticky uzavřenější. Různý architektonický charakter budov posiluje identitu místa a přitahuje rozmanité komunity.The project site is located in Brno, in the Husovice district, near the Svitava River and a park. Directly opposite, on the other bank of the river, lies the development complex Nová Zbrojovka. The entire design is based on the theory of Dietmar Eberle, which emphasizes the integration of three key layers of architecture — mass, structure, and facade — with the aim of creating functional, contextual, and long-term sustainable solutions. The four proposed buildings form an open composition that blends with the surrounding green public belt. The descending height of the buildings toward the river allows for views and visual connections with the park. The urban concept respects the surrounding development while enabling connections between the cycle path, pedestrian routes, and public spaces. This creates areas for community gatherings, gardening, outdoor exercise, and physical theatre. The ground floors of the buildings are activated by community services such as a café, yoga center, gallery, public laundry, workshops, and rentable spaces. This creates a lively environment for different generations and lifestyles. The apartment layouts are flexible and include loggias, balconies, and rooftop terraces. The building facades reflect their orientation and relationship to the surroundings — they are more open towards the park and more compact and acoustically shielded towards the city. The varied architectural character of the buildings strengthens the identity of the place and attracts diverse communities.
