Některá specifika komunikace ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá některými specifiky komunikace ve stavebnictví. Jako konkrétní oblast si práce vybírá komunikaci se stavebními úřady na území ČR. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení veřejné správy, charakteristiku a činnost stavebních úřadů. Dále se zabývá vymezením pojmů komunikace a principy správně vedené komunikace. Jsou zde představeny základní typy žádostí, prostřednictvím kterých občan komunikuje s úřadem. V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkového šetření stavebních úřadů na celém území České republiky. Výzkum se zabývá komunikací mezi úřady a občany. Výsledkem je návrh na zlepšení komunikace a efektivnější práce stavebních úřadů. Především v podobě doporučených změn současného stavebního zákona, zlepšení negativního pohledu občanů na správu, vyhledávání objektivních informací namísto zavádějících zpráv v médiích či svěřit zastupování při komunikaci s úřady odborníkům.This thesis deals with some specifics of communication in the construction industry. Specific area of thesis is a communicating with the building authorities in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on defining characteristic of public administration, activities and building authorities. The thesis is also aimed on determination of communication concepts and principles of right form communication. There are basic types of requests, through which citizens communicate with the authorities. The practical part is a questionnaire survey of building offices throughout the Czech Republic. The research deals with communication between authorities and citizens. The result of the research is a proposal to improve communication and efficient work of building offices. Especially in the form of recommended changes in current Building Act, to improve the negative view of citizens to manage, search for objective information rather than misleading reports in the media or delegate representation to communicate with authorities by professionals.
