Abstract

Diplomová práce je orientovaná na rozvoj dalších podnikatelských aktivit společnosti se zaměřením na zmapování současného trhu a stanovení vlastního plánu. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska k tvorbě podnikatelského plánu a definice základních postupů tvorby plánu. Druhá část práce teoreticko praktická analyzuje obor ve kterém bude plán realizován a třetí část praktická navrhuje konkrétní řešení, předpověď prodeje, zisku a návratnost vložených prostředků.Master’s thesis considers development of other company business activities with the focus on the profit of the whole plan. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the theoretical recourse for the creation of the business plan, definition of basic procedures making the business plan. The second part of the thesis analyses branch in which the plan will be realized. The third part of the thesis suggests real solution, prediction of sales, profits and recoverability of investment.
