Ceny stavebních prací při rekonstrukci stávajících stavebních objektů

Abstract

V teoretické části bych vás rád seznámil s rekonstrukcemi historických objektů, dále s problematikou oceňování a kalkulačním vzorci. Stručně nastíním obecné ustanovení zákona 134/2016 Sb. Zákon o zadávání veřejných zakázek a průběh výběrového řízení uchazeče o výběrové řízení. V praktické části porovnám rozdíly mezi dvěma oceňovacími produkty z obecné části a z části oceňovací. Na vybraném výběrovém řízení ukáži, jak probíhá výběrové řízení u nás ve firmě. Závěrem práce bude porovnání variantní řešení rekonstrukce a vybrání vhodného řešení pro rekonstrukci vybraného objektu.In the teoretical part of the thesis, i would like to explain the recontructions of historical building problém, the issues of valuation and calculation formulas. I will briefly outline the general provision of law no 134/2016. The public procurement act and the selection procedure of the tenderer In the practical part i will compar the differences between the two valution products, the general part and the valution part. At the selected tender, i will show how the selection proces is taking place in our company. In the end, the there will be a comparison between the variant reconstruction solution and selection of a suitable solution for the recontruction.
