Bytový dům v Poděbradech

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu v Poděbradech. Pro bytový dům byl vybrán rohový stavební pozemek vzdálený přibližně 1 km severně od centra města. Navržený objekt je čtyřpodlažní se suterénem, má nepravidelný tvar, kde některé stěny nejsou pravoúhlé, a je zastřešen vegetační střechou. V nadzemních podlažích je celkem 16 bytů různých velikostí a v suterénu se nachází technické zázemí domu a sklepní kóje. S ohledem na tvarové a dispoziční řešení jsou svislé nosné i vodorovné nosné konstrukce z železobetonu. Obvodové stěny jsou kontaktně zatepleny čedičovou vlnou a omítnuty škrábanou fasádní omítkou krémové a šedobéžové barvy. Vnitřní nenosné stěny jsou tvořeny systémem Ytong. Okenní otvory jsou vyplněny dřevohliníkovými okny a vstupní dveře jsou hliníkové. Objekt je založen na železobetonové základové desce. Bytový dům je navržen s ohledem na okolní zástavbu. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou také posouzení z hlediska požární bezpečnosti, úspory energie a ochrany tepla, akustiky a vibrací, osvětlení a oslunění.This bachelor thesis deals with a draft of an apartment building in Poděbrady. A corner building site that is about 1 km north of the city centre was chosen for the apartment building. It is a four-storey building with a basement, it has an irregular shape, where some walls are not rectangular, and it is covered with a green roof. There are 16 apartments of various sizes on the above floors, and a utility room and a cellar can be found in the basement of the house. Considering the shape and layout solutions, the vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made of reinforced concrete. The perimeter walls are compositely insulated with basalt wool and plastered with a scratched façade plaster of creamy and grey-brown colour. Internal non-load-bearing walls are made up according to the Ytong system. The window openings are filled with wood-aluminium windows and the entrance doors are made of aluminium. The building is based on a reinforced concrete baseplate. The apartment building is designed with respect to the surrounding area. The bachelor thesis also includes assessments in terms of fire risk, energy saving and heat protection, acoustics and vibrations, lighting and sunlight.
