Vliv investice do stavebních úprav na zhodnocení standardního rodinného domu

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá určením vplyvu investície do stavebných úprav na zhodnotenie štandardného rodinného domu. Stanovie výšku investičných nákladov do stavebných úprav rozpočtom a zhodnotenie rodinného domu rozdielom hodnoty domu pred a po vyhotovení stavebných úprav. Vypočítané údaje o výške investície a zhodnotení rodinného domu porovnať a vyhodnotiť a v akom časovom období, veku stavby a pri akom druhu investície do stavebných úprav dôjde k zrovnateľnému zhodnoteniu.The master's thesis deals with determining the influence of investment intro construction alterations on the valuation of a standard family house.
