Abstract
In metrology, high demands are placed on accurate and sensitive measuring equipment. The aim of this project was to design and implement a highly accurate and sensitive device for the measurement of relative humidity in ambient gas with an absolute measurement error of less than 1 %, which can be used in numerous branches (food packing, health care, pharmacy, logging industry, labs etc.).
