Podnikatelský záměr na bázi franchisingu

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na bázi franchisingu v oblasti předškolního vzdělávání. Teoretická část obsahuje definici podnikatelského záměru a jeho části, dále vysvětlení základních pojmů v oblasti franchisingu a v poslední řadě popis zákonů a předpisů, kterými je nutno se řídit při založení školky. Cílem práce je praktická ukázka založení školky prostřednictvím franchisingu.The subject of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a business plan based on franchising in early childhood education. The theoretical part contains the definition of a business plan and its parts, as well as explanations of basic concepts in franchising and finally a description of laws and regulations, which must be followed in the establishment of kindergarten. The target is a practical demonstration of the establishment of kindergarten through franchising.
