Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je řešení problémů na základě požadavků společnosti. Nejprve byla vypracována teoretická část zaměřená na management konfigurace a související pojmy s konkrétním problémem. Po teoretickém úvodu bylo systematicky přistupováno k problému a bylo navrženo řešení na základě analýzy současného stavu s ohledem na management konfigurace. Řešením bylo vytvoření technicko-organizační směrnice, která je nástrojem pro snížení chybovosti zaměstnanců a slouží k celkovému přehledu. V příloze je technicko-organizační směrnice jako celek a v hlavní části této diplomové práci můžeme najít, jak směrnice vznikala.The aim of this master thesis is to resolve the problems based on requirements of the company. Initially a theoretical part was prepared which is focused on configuration management and related terms of a particular problem. After theoretical introduction it was systematically approached to the problem and a possible solution was proposed based on analysis of the current situation taking into account configuration management. The solution was to create a technical-organizational guideline which is a tool for the elimination of errors of employees and for general overview. The final technical-organizational guideline can be found in the attachment and in the main part of this thesis describes development of the guideline.
