Abstract

Novostavba bytového domu je navržena na okraji města Ledeč nad Sázavou, v části Stínadla. Jedná se o objekt s jedním podzemním a pěti nadzemními podlažími. V podzemní části jsou sklepní boxy, kotelna a hromadná garáž. V nadzemní části je 18 bytů. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový s kombinovaným příčným a podélným systémem. Podzemní podlaží je z monolitického železobetonu, nadzemní podlaží jsou vyzděna z cihelných bloků a zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Střecha je navržena plochá jednoplášťová. Objekt je založen na základových pasech a patkách z prostého betonu. Je osazený do sklonitého terénu. Okolní zástavba jsou bytové domy.New apartment building is designed on the outskirts of the Ledeč nad Sázavou, in the Stínadla. It is a building with one underground floor and five overground floors. In the underground part, there are a cellar boxes, boiler room and a public garage. In the above-ground portion are 18 bytes.
