Budova studentského centra doplňuje městský blok s ohledy na svojí unikátní polohu na nároží u řeky a s ohledem na přilehlé dominanty, zejména klášterní kostel v sousedství. Funkční náplní přízemí je vysokoškolská menza s veškerým zázemím a menší plochy pro komerci, horní podlaží jsou určeny ubytování studentů. Objekt nabízí vnitřní i venkovní plochy pro společné aktivity studentů, srdcem domu je vnitřní dvůr.The house of the student center complements city block with respect to the unique location on the corner by the river and with the respect to the near dominats, especially the monastery church in the neighborhood. There is a college menza with all facilities and areas for commerce in the ground floor. The upper floors are used for the student dormitory. You can find indoor and outdoor areas for the common activities of studets. The patio is the heart of the house.
