Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh hotelu. Budova hotelu je samostatně stojící. V prvním nadzemí se nachází restaurace s kuchyní kuchyňského provozu, recepce a hygienické zázemí pro návštěvníky a personál. Podlaží 2.NP a 3.NP slouží pro ubytovaní hostů. Dva pokoje jsou řešeny bezbariérově. Nosný stěnový systém je zděný ze systému Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce je navržena ze stropních panelů. Zastřešeni objektu je řešené dvěma typy střech. Trojpodlažní část objektu je zastřešená jednoplášťovou plochou střechou a jednopodlažní část objektu je zastřešená vegetační plochou střechou. Výkresová část je spravovaná programem Autodesk Autocad. Tepelně technické výpočty jsou řešení programem Svoboda software.The objective of the bachelor thesis is the design of the hotel. The building of hotel is free standing. On the first floor there is a restaurant with the kitchen, , including kitchen traffic, a reception office and sanitary facilities for the visitors and the staff. The second and third floor are used for the accommodation of guests. Two rooms are designed as barrier- free. Bearing walls are made of Porotherm brickwork. Ceiling construction is designed from the ceiling panels Spiroll. Roof of the building is designed two types of roofs. Three floors part of the building is covered by warm flat roof and the one floor part of the building is covered by green roof. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the Autodesk Autocad software. Thermal assesment has been processed in Svoboda software.
