Konstrukce soustruhu

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí malého soustruhu pro obrábění kovů, určeného převážně pro domácí použití. Její součástí je také rešerše soustruhů stejné kategorie, které se nachází na našem trhu. V práci jsou řešeny základní konstrukční problémy v oblasti návrhu a optimalizace parametrů podle požadavků kladených na tento malý stroj. K vytvoření 3D modelu navrženého soustruhu byl použit 3D modelář SolidWorks 2004. Z vytvořeného modelu byly následně generovány výkresy sestavení, které jsou k práci přiloženy i v papírové formě.The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a small turning machine for metal cutting, designated mainly for a home usage. A part of the thesis is also a recherche of turning machines of the same category, which are sold on our market. In the thesis, there are resolved basic constructional problems in range of the project and optimalization of the parameters according to the needs of this small machine. To create a 3D model of this turning machine, 3D modeller SolidWorks 2004 was used. From the created model there were generated assembly drawings sequentially that are enclosed to this thesis also in printed copies.
