Abstract

Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem řízení a organizace stavební zakázky. V konkrétním stavebním podniku XYZ analyzuje průběh a organizaci stavební zakázky ve všech jejich fázích. Představuje stavební firmu OHL ŽS, a.s. a konkrétní stavbu, kterou realizovala. Definuje problémy, které stavbu provázely po dobu její realizace a možné návrhy řešení těchto problémů.My bachelor's thesis deals with the process of management and organization linked with the building contract. In the particular construction company XYZ analyzes the process and organization of construction contract in their stages. It represents a construction company OHL ŽS, a.s. and specific realized building. Defines the problems with construction during realization and offers possible solutions to these problems.
