Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na vývoj marketingového plánu pre začínajúcu platformu Roomblo, platformu pre krátkodobý prenájom nebytových priestorov. Teoretická časť definuje a vysvetľuje relevantné pojmy súvisiace s marketingovým plánom a jeho tvorbou. Analytická časť opisuje koncepciu a faktory ovplyvňujúce vstup platformy na trh. Návrhová časť poskytuje komplexný marketingový plán zameraný na získanie inzerentov v počiatočnej fáze.
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of a marketing plan for start-up platform Roomblo, a short-term renting platform for non-residential places. The theoretical part defines and explains relevant concepts connected with a marketing plan and its creation. The analytical part describes the concept and factors influencing the platform’s entrance into the market. Proposal part provides a complex marketing plan focused on the acquisition of advertisers in the starting phase.

In his presentation, the student informed the committee about the objectives, solutions and results he had reached in his thesis. The committee then read the opinions and evaluation of the thesis supervisor and the opponent. The student answered the questions from the opponent's assessment in part. Questions from committee members: 1. doc. Marciánová: What is the main improvement compared to the previous version of the thesis? - answered 2. doc. Marciánová: Which of your proposal are the most important for the company? - not answered 3. Ing. Havíř: What is the motivation uf using the mentioned platform? - partly answered 4. Ing. Havíř: How many visitors do you have on your webpage? - answered On the basis of the presentation and the answers to the questions asked in the discussion, the committee decided that the student defended the thesis.
