Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby bytového domu ve městě Nový Jičín. Jedná se o objekt se třemi nadzemními podlažími a částečným podsklepením. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramického zdiva, v suterénu ze ztraceného betonového bednění. Objekt bude zastřešen plochou střechou. Projektová dokumentace byla zhotovena dle platných právních a technických předpisů.The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment building in the town of Nový Jičín. It is an object with three above-ground floors and a partial basement. The vertical supporting structures are designed from clay masonry, in the basement of the permanent concrete formwork. The object will be covered with a flat roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
