Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace provádění stavby polyfunkčního domu. Objekt je samostatně stojící, má pět nadzemních a jedno podzemní podlaží. Konstrukční systém objektu je železobetonový monolitický skelet. Střecha objektu je plochá, terasy jsou provedeny jako vegetační. V podzemním podlaží se nachází hromadné garáže pro obyvatele domu, a technické zázemí budovy. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází prostory pro komerční užití, dva obchody a jedna kavárna. V ostatních podlažích se nachází celkem dvanáct bytových jednotek.The subject of the master’s thesis is the project documentation of building work for multifunctional building. The object has five floors above ground and one underground floor. The structural system of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton. The roof of the building is flat, and the terraces are designed as vegetation. In the basement is situated parking for residents, and building technical facilities. On the first floor there is space for commercial use, two shops and a cafe. In other floors are located residential units, total of twelve.
