Abstract

Účelem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout a vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby objektu hotelu v obci Dolní Lomné. Hotel se nachází na svažité parcele číslo 1322/43, v katastrálním území Dolní Lomná. Návrh a jeho provedení respektuje územní plán. Objekt je pětipodlažní, podsklepená. Má čtyři nadzemní podlaží, v nichž se nachází hotelová hala s recepcí, servis a půjčovna sportovního vybavení, restaurace s terasou a hotelové pokoje a jedno podzemní podlaží, kde se nachází podzemní garáže pro ubytované. Konstrukčně je objekt řešen jako skelet s nosným obvodovým pláštěm. Objekt je zastřešen plochou jednoplášťovou střechou, řešenou jako zelená extenzivní.The purpose of this master’s thesis was to design and elaborate design documentation for the realization of the building of the hotel in the village of Dolní Lomná. The hotel is located on a sloping plot No. 1322/43, in the cadastre unit Dolní Lomná. The design and its implementation respect the local zoning plan. The building is five-storey, with a basement. It has four above-ground floors, the hotel lobby with a reception, service and sports equipment rental, a restaurant with a terrace and hotel rooms and one basement where underground garages are for the guests. The structure is designed as a frame with a load-bearing building envelope. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof, designed as a green extension.
