Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce jsou Vysokoškolské koleje v Olomouci. Cílem je především vypracování projektové dokumentace pro budovu Vysokoškolských kolejí v Olomouci. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace, textová část a výpočty. Budova je navržena jako samostatně stojící s šesti nadzemními podlažími a suterénem. Stavba je určena pro ubytování vysokoškolských studentů a kapacita ubytovacího zařízení je 98 lidí. V přízemí jsou navrženy kanceláře, studentský klub, prostor prádelny a bistra. V suterénu jsou umístěny sklady a technické místnosti. Konstrukční systém je monolitický železobetonový skelet s výplňovým zdivem. Budova je zastřešena plochou střechou.The theme of the diploma thesis is University dormitory in Olomouc. The aim of the diploma thesis is especially design of the project documentation for the building of University dormitory in Olomouc. The work includes drawings, text part and calculations. The building is designed as a detached object with six floors and one basement. The building is designed to accommodate university students and the accommodation capacity is 98 people. On the ground floor are designed offices, student club, laundry room and a bistro. In the basement are situated warehouses and technical rooms. The structural system is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill. The building is covered with a flat roof.
