Analýza rozdílů mezi směrnou a nabídkovou cenou stavby

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rozdílů mezi směrnými a nabídkovými cenami. Úvodní část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů tohoto tématu, uvedením cenových soustav a skladbou rozpočtů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na ceny hrubých staveb, kde jsou vysvětleny rozdíly mezi cenami nosných položek rozpočtu v jednotlivých cenových soustavách. K práci byly využity cenové soustavy firmy RTS a.s. a ÚRS Praha a.s., pomocí kterých byly oceněny získané nabídkové rozpočty od několika firem. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení rozdílů cen mezi nabídkovými rozpočty a rozpočty vytvořenými ve dvou různých cenových soustavách.This bachelor's thesis analyzes differences between the target and the offer price of construction. The introduction is focused on explaining the basic concepts of this topic, describing the price systems and composition of budgets. The practical part focuses on prices of carcass, where is explaining the differences between main items's price in different price systems. For this work it was used price system of RTS a.s. company and ÚRS Praha a.s. which have been appraise obtained offer budgets from several companies. The aim of the work is to evaluate the difference in prices between the offer and the target price which was created in two various pricing systems.
