Návrh podnikového finančního plánu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh finančního plánu pro společnost Autoškola Kalvoda s. r. o. První část této práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům ohledně finančního plánu, jeho struktuře, druhům a postupu při sestavení. Pro sestavení finančního plánu je zapotřebí sestavit strategickou a finanční analýzu. Tyto analýzy jsou provedeny v praktické části práce. V návrhové části práce je poté sestaven samotný finanční plán na období 2020-2023 ve variantě optimistické, pesimistické a následné hodnocení plánu.This master‘s thesis is focused on the creation of a financial plan for the company Autoškola Kalvoda s. r. o. The first part of this thesis deals with theoretical knowledge about the financial plan, its structure, types and procedure of compilation. In order to compile a financial plan, it is necessary to compile a strategic and financial analysis. These analyzes are performed in the practical part of the work. In the third part of the thesis, the financial plan for the period 2020-2023 is compiled in the variant of optimistic, pessimistic and subsequently evaluated plan.
