Abstract
Řešená lokalita se nachází v centru Brna, poblíž historického jádra. Základní idea návrhu vychází ze spojení galerie architektury, designu a moderního umění a univerzálního městského domu, který doplňuje blokovou zástavbu. A právě místo, kde se stavba má nacházet, je tím výraznějším podnětem pro celý koncept. Proto návrh vychází z jednoduchosti tvarů, funkčnosti a především univerzálnosti objektu.
The location of building is situated in the city centre close to the historical heart of Brno. Fundamental idea is based on a combination of gallery of architecture, design and modern art and an universal town house, which completes the housing development. The location is the significant stimulus to the whole concept. Therefore, the project is based on simple forms, functionality and universality.
