Investiční záměr v obci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice investic ve veřejném sektoru. První část práce je teoretická. Jsou zde definované pojmy veřejných investic, veřejných zakázek a jejich možnosti financování. Dalšími tématy řešenými v této části jsou hospodaření obcí, rozpočet obce a regionální rozvoj. Praktická část popisuje financování a vliv investice na rozvoj obce. Jako konkrétní investici jsem zvolila projekt „Novostavba Mateřské školy Dolní Loučky “.The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to explaining keynotes of the investment in public sector. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. There are defined the concepts of public investment, public contact and posibilities financing of these investments. Municipalities management, municipal budgets and regional development are further solved topics in this section. The practical part describes the financing and influence of the investment on the development of the municipality. As a speific investment, I choose a project called „New building of kindergarten in Dolní Loučky“.
